How can I earn a weblog IP ?

An IP address is assigned by your ISP, it is NOT "earned". An IP address can by dynamic, you may get a different one from a pool each time you log in, or static, you get the same IP address each time you log in. Static addresses are used for businesses or people who need a fixed address to run a web server. There are dynamic DNS services out there which will keep track of your dynamic IP address as it changes and update the DNS entries to reflect the change, a cheap, yet effective way to emulate a static IP address. Your personal server is out of touch for a little while, a few minutes as the IP address is updated, but then you already WERE off line for a while if you had to log in again and got a new IP address assigned, so what's a few seconds more?I do not understand what you are asking by referring to a "weblog IP" being a earned thing.
